quail char grilled, on a warm bean sprout and noodle salad.
beef fillet wrapped in beer bacon with mushroom sauce and garlic potatoes served with broccoli flowerets and top with Taleggio.
pan-fried kingfish, with wilted spinach, warm tomato and leek sauce. garnished with rings of crispy fried onion.
dessert
espresso sorbet with café grand ice cream and vanilla poached pears.
